I am 5′4” blonde haired, blue eyed girl that enjoys taking long walks on the beach and holding hands under the table. Kidding!! (Although I do have blonde hair and blue eyes and that beach sounds damn good right now!)
I am a junior at GVSU–I am going into Secondary Education-majoring in English and minoring in Spanish.
I co-own a condo with my best friend from high school. Our home is adorable! I have a deep red bedroom (I like to say “deep red” instead of “blood red”- it doesn’t scare people as much) and a lime green bathroom–Way Cool, I know.
I am active in my church and enjoy reading the Bible with my friends and family–I hope this doesn’t make me some weird “Jesus Freak”, but if it does –I don’t really care.
Anyway, I like to laugh–I almost always have some random funny story to tell, I love to watch movies and I think that God has blessed all of us by giving us Snickers Bars, Mountain Dew, and COOKIES! It is only by his grace that I am not 300+ pounds.

I see you have quite an interest in censorship. You might be interested in taking the Pelham Library’s “Banned Book Challenge.” We are inviting people to set their own goal for the number of books they would like to read between February and June. More information is on the web log. Look at the right sidebar to find the link. We also have been tracking challenges to books for the past couple of years and have a ton of links to banned books lists and other resources. It is good to see someone who reads the Bible and other banned books with an open mind. As for me, I am a librarian/soon to be minister. I too believe in the importance of critical thinking.
